Boreal Birth Family Picnic at Logan Park Recreation Center (690 13th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413). All past and present Boreal Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Prenatal Yoga and Birth Tub Rental families are invited! Please bring a small dish to share and drinks for your family. I will provide plastic ware and paper plates!

At the Blooma Prenatal Weekend Retreat, we welcome you to open and relax into two days and two nights of nourishment for the mind, body and soul. Our intention is to create a sacred space for you to let go of the busy life and settle into the quiet of the woods so that deep connection to your inner wisdom, to your baby and to other pregnant mamas may unfold.

 

Through yoga, nourishing foods, sister circle, music, laughter, dance and relaxation, we celebrate the the sacredness of pregnancy, the transformation of becoming mother and the joy of being woman.Join Sarah Longacre and Brook Holmberg at the beautiful Koinonia Retreat Center just one hour west of Minneapolis/St. Paul and allow yourself be honored for the hard work you do each and every day.
